The spacious 6 ½ room flat has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. From the living room and the kitchen and dining area, there is direct access to a wonderful balcony with a magnificent view of the mountains, lots of sun and space. Each room also has access to an outdoor area that invites you to find your own personal space. The flat is finished to a very high standard in terms of quality, where you can feel that you are important to us. In addition to an excellent kitchen, good seating, a fireplaceand excellent mattresses for a wonderful sleep, it has everything you need to fulfill your wishes. Free high-speed internet, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso coffee machine and everything else a person needs to live.
Because of the many rooms with double beds (1 bed / 2 mattresses) there is enough space for everyone who wants to make themselves comfortable in different places. Of course, for our younglingsa cot is also available. Various games invite you to linger in comfort.
Pets are not allowed in this flat. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and only allowed on the balcony or terrace. This also applies to e-cigarettes or similar.

The visitor's tax in Saas-Fee is CHF 4.50 per night and person in winter. In addition, a service charge of CHF 2.50 and a tourism development charge of CHF 0.80 per night and person is levied. These taxes are set by the municipality of Saas-Fee and are mandatory.
In return, you will receive from us, respectively from the municipality of Saas-Fee, the SaastalCard, which offers discounts on many tourist attractions, as well as on parking fees and mountain railways. The SaastalCard also entitles you to free travel on the PostBus throughout the Saas Valley.
